The small group of teens, more people pouring into it constantly, gathered in the woods near the Kita Hoshi Gated Community.
Whispers, snickers and whines were amoung the group, people here varying frome excited, to fearful, to just plain fucking stoned out their god damn minds.

"Come on," Chi ushered her best friend toward the group, finally jsut grabbing the girl's hand and pullign her toward them. "Alright," she said, goign to the center of the group, she being the one to plan this little get together, "Who brout what weapons?" she asked, looking around.

A few people pulled otu pocket knives of pistols, a few others with lighters ot matched in one hand, containers of gasoline or home made bombs in the other. Chi smirked, "Alright," she said, and cracked her knuckles, "Some one give me a bat or a stick or something..."

Kiyoshi smiled wickedly. "Chi! Oh my god oh my god oh my god im so EXCITED! This is like, the best freakin thing EVER!" She squeeled quietly, jumping up and down. It's always been Kiyoshi's dream to destroy the rich-bitch neighborhood.
Grabbing a shovel that came out of no where, she put it between her legs like she was riding a broom. Being extremely hyper can only do so much to a girl.
Her friends looking at her like she was crazy, she just looked at them and shrugged her shoulders. "Wuuuut ? If I wanna be a witch, then that's MY dream, NOT yours!" She whispered. Remembering Chi's request, she pulled a metal bat that also, came out of no where.
Handing it to her, she continued smiling running around in circles on her "broom" shovel.

Chi watched as her hyper active friend ran around like a maniac. She herself was tempted to join her in the acting of an idiot, but now was not the time.

It one of the times Kiyoshi passed her, Chi grabbed the back of the girl's shirt and pulled her to a halt. "Celebrate later," she said, and held out her hand for the brook like a oarent holding out their hand to a child, waiting for them to give them back the cookie they had stolen from the cookie jar before diner.
As she waited, she heard a few boys snicker at her being parent like to the girl who was a year her unior, but her best friend all the same. She narrowed her eyes and went over to the boys, pulling the bat back and hitting both of them in once swing, both falling to the ground in a heap, passed out.

"Anyone else here wanna be an ass?" she asked, turning around in circles th bat in hand, people looking on fearful some startign toward the boys to help them but freezing and returning to their spots once under Chi's icy glare.

Kiyoshi sighed in defeat and pouted, mummbling some things as she handed the broom over stubbornly. Crossing her arms, she looked over at the boys that had gotten what they deserved....kinda.

She snickered and looked over at them. Skipping over, she helped one of them up on their feet. He kept falling over so she got really irritated with it. Throwing him on the ground, she growled. "You don't wanna stand up, then you FAIL." She emphasized on the "fail" and looked over at Chi.

"Well, Miss Youkai, when shall we begin our tyrade?" She asked, looking up at Chi rather closely, waiting for an answer. She looked like some sort of deviant with an outstanding idea, but alas, there being nothing in her head, she had no outstanding idea.
